Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of brevity.solutions, the free sample ad, booking a call, and the client and creator dashboards. Paid work is governed by the written services agreement or creator partner agreement you sign, and where the two differ, that agreement controls.
The free sample ad
- You may request a sample ad for a business you own or are authorized to represent. By submitting a product photo or link, you confirm you have the right to let us use it to make the sample.
- The sample is a mockup to show what we would make for you. We do not run it anywhere, and it is not a claim about how any campaign will perform.
- You may use the sample on your own accounts. If you do, you are responsible for the claims and content in it and for complying with the platforms you post it on.
- We may decline or limit requests, including businesses we cannot serve and requests that look automated or duplicated.
Calls and bookings
Booking a strategy call or an interview creates a calendar event and sends you a confirmation. Either side can reschedule or cancel by email. A booking is not a contract for services.
Accounts
Client and creator accounts are created only from an invite we send. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what is done through your account. We can suspend an account that is used to break these terms, the law or a platform's rules.
Content you give us
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, logos, product details and other material you provide. You give us permission to use it to make the sample ad or to deliver the services you buy. You confirm it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Our content
The site, its design, text, images and software belong to Brevity or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them except as these terms or a signed agreement allow.
No guarantees on the site
The site and the free sample ad are provided as they are. We do not promise that the site will always be available or error free, and nothing on it is a guarantee of advertising results, revenue or bookings. Results depend on your product, pricing, budget and market, and are addressed, where at all, only in a signed services agreement.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Brevity is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the site or the free sample ad, and our total liability for anything connected with them is limited to one hundred US dollars. Liability for paid services is set out in the services agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to send spam, to upload unlawful or infringing material, to probe or disrupt our systems, or to misrepresent who you are or which business you speak for.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved by talking to us first are brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
